CAN MY ORDER BE CANCELLED ?

The products offered and ordered on the www.coudoint.biz website are made according to the Buyer’s specifications and are made to measure. In accordance with the provisions of Article L 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer cannot therefore withdraw after placing their order.

CAN MY ORDER BE MODIFIED ?

Once the order has been confirmed and payment made, you can no longer modify your order.

Depending on the progress of the fulfilment of your order, our sales department ( commercial@coudoint.com ), available from Monday to Thursday from 8:15 to 12:05 then from 13:25 to 17:05 and on Friday from 8:15 to 12:05 then from 13:25 to 16:05, is at your service to find a solution.

WHERE IS MY ORDER ?

An order confirmation email is sent to you once your order has been validated. The deadline for completing the order is indicated on our confirmation email as well as on the product sheet of the item. When shipping, an email will be sent to you when loading to the carrier. Delivery will generally take place within 24 to 48 hours depending on the delivery method and the destination of shipment.

IS REIMBURSEMENT POSSIBLE ?

HOW ARE MY PRODUCTS PACKAGED ?

Our cardboard packaging is perfectly suited to the different products offered on www.coudoint.biz. We pay particular attention to the packaging process so that your products do not suffer any damage during transport.

CAN I HAVE A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS THAN THE INVOICING ADDRESS ?

It is entirely possible to have an order delivered to an address other than the invoicing address.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ?
